(3) First class 1 mile hike orienteering requirement test (requirement 4-a). Scouts need to bring their own compass for this test.

Clean up the stairway at the temple. Organized by Mr. Cheng and Ryan Chou. Report to temple at 9:00 am, report to Ryan Chou to sign in. (Ryan to prepare troop sign in/out sheet.) It is expected to finish the work by 12:00 noon. All Scouts to bring kitchen water proof work gloves, mops, and either unwanted tooth brush- firm or small bristle brush-firm, an empty spray bottle or a large Chinese soup take out container. Each patrol leader to bring 2 of 5 gal plastic containers, 1 swifter stick with base attachment. No uniform required. Need assistance from parents to clean up high up window areas. Assistance from parent is greatly appreciated. 3 hours community service credit for this event.
