Meet on the 3rd floor at 7:45 pm. Class A uniform, mus bring handbook. (1) 2025-2026 Scouting year opening. Individualized advancement review. Briefing the overall troop annual plan. An overview of achieving eagle scout rank. (2) Collecting $300 the 2025-2026 membership fee. (3)Set up the 3rd floor for the grand opening ceremony. Take photos of the positions of all tables and chairs. (i) Hang the red opening banners, (ii) Place all the tables in storage and leave 36 chairs in place. (iii) Bring the flag holder from the Tzu-Zai dormitory to the 3rd floor. (iv) Position the flags together with respective flag pole of America, Buddhist and troop in the flag holder.

Temple has Lunar New Year celebration event the whole day on 2/22/2026. Food Court clean up in the afternoon. Group at the temple dining hall at 2:30 pm. All scouts to bring rags. Each patrol to bring a 5 gal bucket. Each PL to bring the patrol pink container to store the jackets and personal items of scouts. SPL to ensure all patrol bring the bucket and the container. The troop will prepare cleaning agent. Community Service hours: 3 hours.

Tasks: Continue to set up the tents, collect garbage during the event (organized by Jason L). At the end of BLIA day event, all scouts to regroup by the garbage collection tent at 3:00 pm to start working on taking down tents, finishing garbage management, etc. Estimate time of dismissal 5:30 pm. Scouts participate from the beginning to the end will be credited 10 hr of community service.
