Parents meeting at the dining hall (basement) of the temple. 8:00 pm. Please adjust your schedule to come to this meeting. Membership fee of $200 will be collected at the meeting. North-South Lake camping during Columbus weekend, and Halloween Fest (previously known as Halloween shoot out) participants will be finalized during the meeting.

All scouts 1st class and above to meet at the temple at 6:30 pm for Patrol Council Leaders meeting. Adult leaders are very welcome to this meetiing.
At 8:00 pm all scouts at the PLC and all adult leaders to set up the 3rd floor for the grand opening ceremony. Take photos of the position of all tables and chairs. Place the tables and chairs in storage. The exact date and time to set up the 3rd floor will be posted once it is available.

Each patrol to bring 2 large mixing bowls-about 5 quarts each, an aluminum tray 9x13", 2 non-stick pan safe spatulas (an friendly spatulas, e.g. Wooden spatula), 2 good quality 12" non-stick fry pans, stove (Propane will be provided by the troop), a lighter, 1 cutting board, 1 kitchen knife, & 1 bread knife, The cooking materials will be provided by the troop.

A Pre-Thanksgiving event with all scout units participating and working together. Scouts to arrive at 4:30 pm to set up the 3rd floor for the event. Other family members to arrive at 5:45 pm. Please be very on time. Each participating family to bring a dish or two, 10”x13” tray(s). Each family to enter the number of people from the family to participate in a google sheet online by Wednesday 11/20/2024. All participants are to bring personal REUSABLE eating utensils to the event.

Tasks: Continue to set up the tents, collect garbage during the event (organized by Jason L). At the end of BLIA day event, all scouts to regroup by the garbage collection tent at 3:00 pm to start working on taking down tents, finishing garbage management, etc. Estimate time of dismissal 5:30 pm. Scouts participate from the beginning to the end will be credited 10 hr of community service.
